On January 24, 2026, Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy participated in the 2026 Admissions and Career Guidance Counseling Program held at Mien Trung University of Civil Engineering in Dak Lak Province.

The program was jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper and the Department of Higher Education under the Ministry of Education and Training. It attracted nearly 4,000 high school students and their parents from the eastern area of Dak Lak Province, who attended to learn about academic programs, admission methods, and career opportunities.

At the University's consultation booth, lecturers and staff introduced the University's academic programs, including General Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Rehabilitation Technology, and Public Health. They also provided detailed information on subject combinations for admission, admission methods, tuition fees, scholarships, and clinical training requirements.

In 2026, Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy plans to enroll 1,300 students.

The University is expected to use the following four admission subject combinations:

• B00: Mathematics – Chemistry – Biology
• B08: Mathematics – Biology – English
• A00: Mathematics – Physics – Chemistry
• D07: Mathematics – Chemistry – English

​The University is also expected to apply six admission methods:

• Admission based on the National High School Graduation Examination results;
• Admission based on National High School Graduation Examination results combined with an international English language certificate;
• Admission based on high school academic transcripts (not applicable to the General Medicine program);
• Admission based on the National Competency Assessment Test;
• Direct admission in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;
• Admission for applicants who have completed a university preparatory program.

The admissions counseling activities in Dak Lak once again affirmed the University's commitment to accompanying students in career orientation, helping them choose suitable academic programs and prepare effectively for the 2026 admissions season.
