1. Data Backup and Recovery Procedure

Decision No. 383/QĐ-DUMTP dated July 29, 2022, issued by the Rector of Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy, promulgates the Data Backup and Recovery Procedure to ensure information security, maintain data integrity, and guarantee the ability to restore systems in the event of incidents or failures.

The procedure specifies the implementation of data backup and recovery activities for the University's information systems, databases, and servers. Its contents include identifying data to be backed up, verifying backup conditions and environments, performing periodic backups, storing backup data on backup servers, maintaining backup logs, and reporting backup results to responsible managers. In addition, the procedure outlines the steps for restoring data in cases of data loss, corruption, or system failures, ensuring that data can be recovered accurately, securely, and in a timely manner.

The promulgation of this procedure contributes to improving data management efficiency, minimizing the risk of information loss, ensuring the continuous operation of information technology systems, and strengthening information security and data protection throughout the University.

2. Regulations on the Organization and Operation of the University's Website

Decision No. 338/QĐ-ĐHKTYDĐN dated May 23, 2019, issued by the Rector of Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy, promulgates the Regulations on the Organization and Operation of the University's Website with the aim of standardizing the management, operation, and utilization of the University's official website.

According to the regulations, the website serves as the University's official communication channel for disseminating information, promoting the University's image, and providing information on education and training, scientific research, international cooperation, and other institutional activities. The regulations clearly define the functions, duties, and responsibilities of the Website Management Board, affiliated units, and individuals involved in providing and managing information on the website.

The regulations focus on key aspects such as website administration and management; principles for information provision and publication; procedures for editing, reviewing, and updating content; responsibilities of units in supplying information; and requirements regarding accuracy, timeliness, security, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, the regulations specify categories of information that must be publicly available on the website, including institutional information, academic and training activities, admissions, scientific research, international cooperation, quality assurance, administrative documents, and student support services.

The promulgation of these regulations contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of website management and operation, ensuring consistency and transparency in information dissemination, and better serving the information needs of staff, lecturers, students, and other stakeholders.
